God knows the outcome

God knows the outcome of the coming election. He does not approve of attempts to thwart justice for each individual, although He does allow it. ... for a purpose, His purpose.

The sins that come about because of any given calamity reign with the individual - each of us is responsible for our choices, good or bad, thus determining our ultimate destiny, be it reward or punishment.

From Lamentations 3:35-38, the Scriptures say:
"To turn aside the justice due a man before the face of the Most High,
"Or subvert a man in his cause - The Lord does not approve.
"Who is he who speaks and it comes to pass, when the Lord has not commanded it?
"Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that woe and well-being proceed?"

and from Isaiah 45:7:
"I form the Light and create darkness,
I make peace and create calamity;
I, the Lord, do all these things."
