Saturday afternoon Jim and I were among nearly 30 to participate in an European dining experience. Our church held its second annual Sunday School Appreciation Dinner at Galleria De Paco in Waterloo, Iowa. The restaurant is one of a kind. Owned by the Rosic family, son Paco spent months creating a replica of Michaelangelo's Sistine Chapel on the restaurant ceiling using spray paint. 5,000 cans of spray paint. The finished work is beautiful.
In addition to the unique atmosphere, the food was excellent. The luncheon menu consisted of soup (three choices, I had potato with leek) or salad, sandwiches and dessert. Very filling. Of course you had to meet them halfway and be open to tasting new things. Otherwise, you could leave still hungry.

This picture is kind of strange.
