Interesting. That's what the Bible is. Interesting. How everything comes together. Last night before Jim got home from Kansas City, I was talking to my friend Anna. About how smart I've become. Smart in that the more I study and listen to the Lord, the more I realize how dumb I am, how "stupid," how much I don't know. I knew so much when I was younger, or at least I thought I did. I know more now, yet realize how dumb I am.
"For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, you are God's building." -- 1 Corinthians 3: 9
"Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are. Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise."
-- 1 Corinthians 3: 16-18
Wherever you attend church, if you are a born-again believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, remember whose you are.
"The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are futile. Therefore let no one glory in men. For all things are yours. Whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas, or the world or life or death, or things present or things to come - all are yours. And you are Christ's and Christ is God's." -- 1 Corinthians 3: 20a, 21-23
It's the journey ... not the destination. ... The journey ... my eyes were opened and I knew Him and my heart was changed. ... Won't you join me in my travels, meandering here and there, journeying within my mind and beyond, on paths great and small, through this world that was created by and belongs to the Lord God Almighty.
