Romans 1:16 says: "I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of
God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile."
I am not ashamed to share my faith. Unfortunately, sometimes I am not sensitive to another's desire to hear the Gospel ... or not hear it. My mouth got the best of me recently and I didn't realize it until I heard about it ... at work of all places. It didn't happen at work, but that didn't matter. I felt horrid. We are to have the attitude of Christ, which means being gentle and kind at all times, not just occasionally, when it pleases us. We are not to be judgmental, that is up to the Lord. Boy, I imagine God is very disappointed in me. But, thankfully, the Lord will forgive me.
If it comes to mind, please pray for those people who do not practice their faith, whatever it is, yet do not want to hear the Truth of Jesus either. They feel uncomfortable.
Let's pray for the best way to reach these people, without appearing holier than thou.
It's the journey ... not the destination. ... The journey ... my eyes were opened and I knew Him and my heart was changed. ... Won't you join me in my travels, meandering here and there, journeying within my mind and beyond, on paths great and small, through this world that was created by and belongs to the Lord God Almighty.
