For what reason do you enter God's House?

Acts 15 discusses conflict over circumcision, with many believing Gentile Christians should be circumcised to be saved and also must keep the law of Moses. But Peter said God knows the heart and acknowledges them by giving them the Holy Spirit just as He did the Jewish Christians.

When you enter God's House, the building that houses the church body -- its members and its visitors,
  • Do you come to worship the Living Lord, giving praise and honor and glory to His name?
  • Do you come to listen / hear what the Lord may be saying to you personally and how it applies to you?
  • Do you come to thank Him for all you receive?
or

Do you come to find fault ....

For what reason do you enter God's House?

Conflicts arise within the church. They are as evident today as they were in Biblical times.

But God is still on His Throne. And it is to Him we owe our allegiance, our loyalty, our obedience, our focus, our Trust.

Not man.

God alone.

"The fear of man brings a snare, But whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe."  (Proverbs 29:25)

"The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." (John 10:10)
