Success

Success makes it harder to depend on the Lord.

Very true. It's much easier to stay true, to pray, wait on the Lord when we don't have much, if anything. The more we make, the more we think its all our own doing. It isn't.

All we have is because of God's grace. If we make more money it is because God enabled that to happen. If we don't thank the Lord for what He has given us, If we don't obey His commandments, we're facing His judgement. Don't think you are above reproach. Don't think because you are not a believer or you follow some other god, you are free from the wrath of the Lord Almighty. We are all under His judgement. Every single one of us. No one is exempt.
